The Havoc is a Los Angeles-based street punk band that formed in 2001. Their goal was to make a name for themselves in the American street punk scene. They recorded and self-released their first EP, Who’s Gonna Die?, in 2002, and began playing local shows. Their performances caught the attention of Mike Virus, who invited them to play at a show he was booking in San Diego
